We can supply your promotional flash drives with whatever files you want already setup and ready to go.
Ideal for marketing or as a sales backup tool, a lot of companies pre-load their USB flash drives with advertising or sales material such as MS PowerPoint presentations or even complete product catalogues.
As you can put any type of file on to a flash drive - it is just data storage after all.
You can use it for :
The preloaded data can be made to run automatically with the Autorun feature and/or prevented from being deleted with the DataLock feature
Your preloaded data can be made to start automatically when the drive is plugged in. Ideal for presentations

When you have data pre-loaded onto your promotional memory sticks, we can make a selected file or application open whenever your client plugs the flash drive into their PC.
With the addition of a single file...
In fact, any application or file can be made to open putting your message instantly on the screen.
This feature will not work on Mac computers.
Some company security policies may prevent the autorun feature from functioning although all the data is still accessible.
Data Lock / Split Memory
All or part of the memory can be 'locked' to prevent your preloaded data from being overwritten.

Our promo USB drives can have their memory divided into two sections:
This is perfect if you want pre-loaded data on your drives (such as a presentation or a marketing campaign) and want that data to be permanently locked to prevent it being deleted.
The flash drive will still function as normal, except that the user cannot add or delete anything in the "data-locked" segment which remains safe. There are no limitations on the size of the locked section so it can be as big or small as you need. The Autorun feature can still be setup if required but only before the data is actually locked.
